The weather at Jerez de la Frontera continues to hamper World Superbike testing, however this time the rain and the wet track didn’t prevent the riders from Althea Racing, Pata Honda, Kawasaki Racing, BMW GoldBet and Fixi Crescent Suzuki squads from shaking off the some of the winter doldrums.

The fastest rider on the first of the two-day private test was Davide Giugliano who posted a best time of 1:50.
