We’ve got another update on the physical conditions of Moto2 rider Ratthapark Wilairot, as you know by now was involved in a near fatal motorcycle crash, early Monday morning.
According to a press release issued by his Thai Honda PTT Singha SAG Team, Wilairot who is also know as Feem, was admitted to the intensive care unit with severe bruising to his hands and head, but the Thai rider’s conditions are slowly improving even if he’s still on a ventilator.
The rider can gesticulate and the head trauma which formed a blot clot to his brain, which worried the doctors the most, is slowly disappearing with medication.
Wilairot is expected to remain another week in the Bumrungrat Bangkok Hospital ICU until he starts breathing by himself and then begin 6 weeks of rehabilitation before returning to normal stated his doctor.
