When Ducati revealed that Nicky Hayden would be testing the GP12 on Saturday because he was doing some promo work in Germany, the Kentucky Kid let us know he was at AMG HQ, where he was given tour of the place because he twittered it, but little did we know that he was also there to pick up his new four-wheel ride, a Mercedes-Benz CLS 63 AMG.

“I’m now looking forward to doing some thorough test driving and to getting to know the new CLS 63 AMG properly, back home in Kentucky,” said Hayden.

“The design of the car is already breathtaking, and I’m quite sure I shan’t be disappointed by its performance!”So how much of a discount do top ranking Ducati employees get? And will he end up giving this one to his sister Kathleen, if he should win another championship title like he did back in 2006?
