Marc Marquez and Pol Espargaro photo crash sequence at Catalunya

It’s been a very long time since someone in GP racing appealed against a FIM decision (1998), but Sito Pons is fighting mad and as we know has lodged a formal appeal with the FIM’s CDI against the FIM’s Stewards lifting the one minute penalty that the Race Direction slapped Marc Marquez with following the Moto2 race at Catalunya.

Just to feed the fire and hit home the point that Marquez “ignored the statutory obligation to check if the track is clear before pulling back onto the ideal line” the Pons 40 HP Tuenti team has published this photo sequence of the collision on their Facebook page.
