The FIM has released a new 2012 World Superbike calendar and this one features fourteen rounds instead of fifteen as the provisional calendar previously indicated.
The March 4th TBA round has been dropped and Imola has been reconfirmed only it will be no longer be held in September, but moved to April 1st (so bring along a heavy sweater and a raincoat if you’re thinking of attending) and the final round of the season in October will no longer be held at Portimao, but the French track of Magny Cours.
