Get Your MotoGP Motegi Fix with TwitGP

If you are one of the million of racing fans that was left disappointed and frustrated by the postponement of the Motegi GP,who is the first sporting casualty caused by Eyjafjallajökull, you can now have a different kind of fun by following the world’s first virtual MotoGP race with TwitGP on Twitter, the world’s leading social media platform.

Launched by a racing fan and supported by former BBC MotoGP commentator Suzy Perry, over 2,000 motorcycling fans from around the world, in a little more than 24 hours, have signed up to follow the virtual race.
Even the authoritive Eurosport commentators Toby Moody and Julian Ryder will cover the event.

Other supporters include Alex Briggs, one of Valentino Rossi’s mechanics, Matt Roberts from BBC MotoGP, the FIAT Yamaha team who’ll be offering a signed Valentino Rossi t-shirt and by the end of the week with a complete weekend racing schedule programmed we can bet that the number of followers will multiply by the tenfold.
