The second row will see Leon Camier in fifth, just two tenths off the front row and outshining his struggling team mate.
Althea Ducati’s two riders Carlos Checa and Shane Byrne will be side by side on the grid with their 6th and 7th spots.
Michel Fabrizio took the eighth spot while his team mate Noriyuki Haga finished the session in a lowly 15th place.
Cal Crutchlow was 9th and James Toseland will be starting in 1oth after having had a scary moment going off track at high speed during Superpole 2, but the Brit was able to keep his Sterilgarda Yamaha upright and not crash.
