Anime style for MotoGP Motegi promo poster

This anime poster promotimg this year’s 2012 round of the AirAsia Japanese Grand Prix at Motegi (after last season’s ’should I stay or should I go’ BS by riders following the Fukushima radiation fallout) is one of the best we’ve ever seen and probably depicts several MotoGP riders as we fans believe they are.

For example, Casey Stoner has that hard thousand yard stare, Valentino Rossi is depicted with his usual smiling but ironic face, Dani Pedrosa looks sort of sad, but highly concentrated, Andrea Dovizioso seems to want to get his hands on factory Yamaha, Nicky Hayden is the happy go-lucky American, Cal Crutchlow, our personal favourite, has that crazy look in his eyes that has endeared him to fans and an uncharacterically scary looking Jorge Lorenzo, the only one missing from the group is Ben Spies.
