Color me green, but it must be great to be rich and famous like Formula 1 multi champion Michael Schumacher, who despite a very lacklustre comeback to car racing, can privately rent an entire circuit for himself and some friends just to get back into the saddle of a motorcycle.
According to the Cologne tabloid Express, the seven time world champion a couple of weeks ago rented the Dijon-Prenois circuit in France in order to privately ride his his Honda CBR 1000 Fireblade and riding at the track were also Luca Badoer and Sebastien Loeb.
Schumacher had to call off his intended return to F1 last year because he was still recovering from neck injuries sustained after crashing his Fireblade while testing at Cartagena in Spain.
Norbert Haug, his F1 team boss, said he has no problem with Schumacher indulging in his hobby of motorcycling between races and he’s not worried that his driver might fall and hurt himself because he was quoted as saying: “Michael can deal with the risk, and so can we.
