Valentino Rossi underwent a further check-up on his shoulder once returning to Italy after the three fly away races in three weeks, that certainly put his lingering shoulder injury under physical stress.
Apparently Rossi hasn’t received any bad news on his shoulder injury and will take part in the final two rounds of the MotoGP season at Estoril and Valencia, and more importantly in the 2-day test session after Valencia, that will see him take measure of the Ducati Desmosedici for the first time, but it seems without his mechanic Alex Briggs, who twittered that he’s still contracted to Yamaha until after the test.
Rossi will probably undergo surgery in the second week of November, that should give him plenty of time to recover for the first Sepang test, at the beginning of February 2011.
