The tricky tarmac of the Indianapolis circuit turned out to be quite problematic for several MotoGP riders, but that was not Dani Pedrosa’s case.
The Spanish star of the Repsol Honda team showed excellent shape throughout the whole weekend and went to on to clinch his second victory of the season after the triumph at the Sachsenring obtained in July.

Pedrosa can now be considered as the most serious challenger for the MotoGP World Championship 2012 title to championship leader, fellow countryman and Yamaha’s number one rider Jorge Lorenzo, who finished in second place in Indianapolis.
