Here’s a cool video released by BMW-owned Swedish-Italian manufacturer Husqvarna, which decided to underline the capabilities of the bikes that will make its 2013 off-road line-up with a few breathtaking sequences shot in HD.
Husqvarna Motorcycles made a name for itself in the motorcycling world thanks to some tremendous successes in international off-road racing events, earing itself a total of 82 world championship titles to date, although they recently entered the road-oriented market as well with the captivating Nuda 900.
The most remarkable additions are the new TE 250 R and TE 310 R models and the new CR 125 and TC 250 R dirt bikes, which definitely represent a huge step forward over the previous generations: brand new engines with F1-inspired lightweight piston, new cylinder and Keihin EFI, a new electronic fuel injection system, new suspension settings as well as a series of reinforcements to the chassis are just a few of the improvements.
The TE 250 R can be considered the flagship model of the house, and can count on a revised ECU too, while the TE310R is essentially a larger capacity version of the TE250R, with the same frame and ergonomics and identical suspension.
The TC 250 R will go on to become Husqvarna new weapon in the MX2 class: the new generation took full advantage of its parent company’s technology, and present itself as a much refined bike than the model it is about to replace.
