At the beginning of this year we published Australia’s Business Reviews Weekly’s Top 10 Sports Earners of 2009 where Casey Stoner was ranked 8th saying that the Australian racer would probably be getting a pay hike, and we guessed it right.
This year’s top ten list has come up, and Stoner has moved up the list to 4th, with estimated earning’s valued at $ 6.

8 million (supposedly these are Australian dollars) with Formula 1 star Mark Webber taking the gold with $13.

4 million and Andrew Bogut of NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks taking the second spot on the podium with $12.
6 million.
Stoner isn’t even the highest paid two wheeled star on the list, that goes to AMA’s Supercross champion Chad Reed, who hails from Stoner’s same home town, Kurri Kurri.
Reed made an estimated $7.
5 million.
With a 2 year Honda contract in his pocket and an amazing debut during the Valencia tests, we bet that Stoner will rank much higher on next year’s BRW’s top sports earners list.
