Every motorcycle company and lately even car manufacturers (Smart and Mini) are looking at electric scooters and Suzuki not wanting to be left out is proposing their e-Let’s electric prototype .
The e-Let’s developed in collaboration with Sanyo, began it’s testing phase last week on public roads in Japan and plans to use the data to create a production model.
The Sanyo lithium-ion batteries are charged from a 100V household outlet and a single charge takes about four hours and gives a range of about 30km, which isn’t much considering other electric scooters already on the market.
