CRT teams to get a spec tire in 2013?

After the news of a standard Magneti Marelli ECU that will be made available next season and give a helping hand to CRT teams – and a new MotoGP qualifying format that will give a little more airtime to those riders and teams (and their sponsors) – as the new QP1 will be almost solely dedicated to them (only 10 riders go directly to QP2 – and obviously those will be 10 out of the 12 factory and satellite riders currently on grid), these teams may get a further boost from Bridgestone, who may develop a new rear tire just for them.

When the CRTs were introduced this season they had to make do with the current spec tires, however Bridgestone has found that these teams almost never use the hard rear tire compound as they can’t generate sufficient heat into it, so basically they have only one option to chose from instead of two.
Apparently Bridgestone has proposed to Dorna and FIM (the rules have to modified before any change) that the CRT teams use the soft rear tire that will become the hard option for them, and another softer compound will be developed exclusively for these teams, so at least they will have two rear tire options to chose from like the factory and satellite teams.
