Usually it’s Valentino Rossi who debuts a new helmet design for Italian GPs at Mugello and Misano, but this time Jorge Lorenzo has decided to wear this new graphic design on his Nolan X-lite X-802 for this weekend’s GP aptly called “Black Mamba”.
Starline did the graphics based on an idea that Lorenzo had representing the fastest snake in the world on the high speed Tuscany track and ready to strike.
The lid is black and gray in order to give some depth to the scaly head of the snake, and features two big burning red eyes positioned over each side of the visor and the words Black Mambo written on the back.
Nolan will be selling the special edition helmet next season.
