The beautiful MV Agusta F3 will grace the floor of the 2010 EICMA show from today until November 7, with the show opening to the public on Thursday.
MV Agusta has again produced what is a truly lovely motorbike, building on the design fame of the classic F4 while also reviving the historic three cylinder set-up.
After the leaked pic of the F3 and press release, here are more images where we can see just how compact the engine unit is.
Claudio Castiglioni believes the in-line, three cylinder 675cc unit is perfect for a mid-sized sports bike and looking at these pics, they’ve got the style sorted if nothing else.
The MV Agusta F3 has other technology which should contribute to modernising the three-cylinder engine block and making for a competitive sportsbike in a crowded segment.
For the first time multi-map Ride by Wire technology appears on an MV Agusta and it also gets traction control.
But it’s the actual mechanics of the thing that is the traditional MV Agusta touch and along with the impressive engine, the F3 has a steel tubular trellis frame, long rear swing arm and an overall compact bike that should be a lot of fun to ride.
There are Marzocchi forks, Sachs shocks and Brembo brakes.
We can’t wait to see it live and then eventually ride the F3! See a new video and more pics after the jump.
