Valentino Rossi posted this picture on his Twitter page of his #46 back on the Yamaha M1, the manufacturer and motorcycle that he left to try his luck with Ducati that turned out to be a two season long nightmare.
Despite his good intentions Rossi never fell ‘in love’ with the Desmosedici like he did with his M1 and now that he is back to see if he can still be fast and competitive, he’s already holding conversations with his old love and she’s answering back.
Rossi added these words to the image: “Ciao.
Ciao.
Come stai? ti vedo bene.
Mi sei mancato.
Anche tu”.
Which translated means, How are you? You’re looking good, and supposedly his M1 answers back with “I’ve missed you” and Rossi responds with “Me too.
” We’ll see tomorrow at Valencia if the old spark is still there or if his M1 will spurn his attentions.
