it, just sent us the pics of this cool prototype, a sort of crossbred between a concept and a special bike that he has first designed and then assembled in his own garage.
The project got started on paper, then it went through the usual photoshop/CGI routine and finally got to see the light of the day as a real bike, based on a ‘95 Honda CBR600F.
Technically speaking, the highlights of this bike would be the quadrilateral link strut, the aerodynamic covers on the fork and the quite interesting solution adopted for the rear lights: look hard and you’ll see two tiny lights at the two sides of the frame, right below the tail.
That’s right, there they are! And this idea allowed the young Italian to keep the lines of the tail completely clean.
This concept comes with a sort of ‘mask’ at the front hosting the headlight, a tank hidden underneath its interchageable tank cover (in case you’d like to have it custromized) and a wheel-base that got slightly lengthened to improve stability at high speeds.
We think that this bike is actually pretty cool – though it would be better to have the exhaust end can pointing the other way – and we just cannot help but foresee a bright future for the nice lad who came up with it: great job indeed.
