The 23rd edition of Wrooom Press Ski Meeting officially opened today at Madonna di Campiglio and Ducati’s two factory riders, Nicky Hayden and Andrea Dovizioso arrived at the ski resort on an Audi to launch hopefully what will be more successful MotoGP campaign.
Tomorrow morning (Tuesday) the two riders will hold the first official press conference and in the afternoon they will meet up with fans for photos and autographs in Piazza Sissi before the traditional night skiing event and more importantly the unveiling of the Desmosedici GP13.
The four bikes – because Andrea Iannone and Ben Spies will also be present as special guests, as Pramac Racing will be directly supported by Borgo Panigale this year – have already been transported up the mountain slopes (the exact location is still unknown) ready to be unveiled and show off their 2013 liveries before being shipped to Sepang for the first official test of the 2013 season.
Wrooom 2013 will continue on Wednesday with press conferences with Bernhard Gobmeier, the new General Manager of Ducati Corse, and Stefano Domenicali (Ferrari Team Principal).
