Yamaha has released the YZF–R125 Team Yamaha Race Replica 2009.
Aimed at younger people, it has been developed by the same designer for the Yamaha R1, Kazumasa Sasanami, and reflects the R1 and R6 look.
Its a kind of miniature sports bike, but thanks to a full size chassis it can still work for taller riders.
It’s available in the official Team Yamaha Valentino Rossi livery, and includes the supersports DNA of the R1 and R6, with a 125cc motor.
The engine is a single cylinder four stroke, liquid cooled with a six speed transmission.
The 17-inch alloy wheels make for great road handling and cornering, along with 292mm front disc brakes and rear discs at 230 mm.
It will be available from next month at a price of 4,390 euros.
