Jorge Lorenzo has picked up still another personal sponsor, this time the reigning MotoGP champion has toy maker Mattel backing him, specifically Hot Wheels.
Not only will Lorenzo be wearing the famous Hot Wheels logo on his leathers and taking part in several promo events, he has also designed a car for the toy company that sports the Spaniard’s trademark black and red colors, that he loves so much.
Lorenzo speaking about his new sponsorship deal said, “I feel very in tune with the brand that is very close to the children and tied from its birth to the world of motorsport .
I am very enthusiastic about the project.
I’ve always dreamed of having my custom car and now that dream come true.
When I was little I played with Hot Wheels cars and today I have my own car.
It ’s just incredible.
”Yamaha should seriously think of hiring Lorenzo’s manager to help them find some sponsors for their racing teams.
