World Superbikes to change racing format?

According to British website Bikesportnews.
com World Superbike boss Paolo Flammini is proposing a new racing format.
Flammini is thinking of eliminating in the future the two race format for several rounds and in its place add one single and longer race that would include pit stops for refueling a la Endurance racing or as the Daytona 200.

The reason behind the proposal is would be more entertaining for fans.
