A special edition Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport is set to appear at the Concours d’Elegance at Pebble Beach.
The Grand Sport Sang Noir open-top could be revealed, equipped with the same engine as the coupe version.
The Veyron 16.
4 open top would have a top speed of 360 km/hr, compared to the 407 km/hr of the coupe.
150 models of the special edition are reported to be planned, compared to 300 of the ‘normal’ Veyron.
This is likely the project that took the place of the Bordeaux we expected to see at the Frankfurt Motor Show, though a concept is apparently in the works.
Hopefully, dreams still do come true and we will see the Bugatti super-sedan some time soon.
