There won’t be many CRTs testing at Sepang at the end of the month.
The philosophy behind these production based bikes is to make MotoGP racing cheaper and even if Dorna is helping subsidize the nine Claiming Rule Teams not all nine will be making the expensive trip to Malaysia, but will do all their testing in ’sunny’ Spain.
The teams will start prepartion for the 2012 season with two days at Valencia, January 30th and 31st.
Then head to Jerez de la Frontera for three days February 2oth to 22nd and the to Aragon March 8th and 9th.
The first time we’ll be able to really compare how competitive these debuting bikes are compared to the thouroghbred MotoGP machines will be at Jerez March 23th to 25th at the final IRTA test.
