On Saturday evening it seemed like the entire town of Cervera (Spain) turned out to celebrate their two most famous citizens, the Marquez brothers, Marc for winning the 2012 Moto2 championship and kid brother Alex who not only competes in the Moto3 championship, but also took home this season’s CEV Moto3 title with one race to spare – just like his older brother.

The event was officialized in the Cervera town hall, where both riders signed the Book of Honour and were given a gift by the council to commemorate the day and then celebrated with their adoring fans.
