Marc Marquez blitzes field in fourth free practice at COTA

The fourth and untimed 30 minute MotoGP practice session at Austin was dominated by Marc Marquez, who lowered Dani Pedrosa’s FP3 best lap time and he was the only rider to break the 2.

Dani Pedrosa ended up second and a little more than four tenths adrift and followed by Jorge Lorenzo who was nine tenths adrift and with his last flying lap pushed Yamaha Tech3 rider Cal Crutchlow to fourth.

Stefan Bradl had an excellent session and he was fifth and using hard tires just like Marquez.

Andrea Dovizioso put in fast final lap that moved him to sixth and once again ahead of Valentino Rossi who did improve but can’t get out of seventh and he was one second slower than his team mate.
Gresini’s Alvaro Bautista was right on the Italian tail just 0.
