Despite all the clamour that has surrounded this weekend’s Jerez GP, another bit a news has surfaced that hopefully will bring some hope to Ducati MotoGP fans.
It seems that the Italian manufacturer will testing it’s brand new 2012 bike in a three day test at Jerez.
Ducati’s test team will be out in full force again, not only to give the 1000cc its first shakedown, but they will also be testing a series of modifications, including a revised chassis on the current 800cc GP11, that Valentino Rossi will personal test the day after the Estoril GP.

According to several Italian media sources, the man himself will be present the Jerez circuit this weekend to get a very close hand look at the new 1000cc machine he’ll be riding next season.
