Alex Polita will be replacing sick Niccolò Canepa in this weekend’s World Superbike round at Brno.
Canepa wrote on his Facebook page that between the two Aragon races he felt sick and the result was that for last ten days one side of his face is paralyzed (diagnosed as Bell’s Palsy) and he’ll be unable to compete at Brno as he doesn’t know how long it will take to get well, but he’ll be back as soon as he has healed and smiling.
Former BSB rider Alex Polita who mutually parted ways with Jentin Doodson Motorsport team after just four rounds (his best result was 11th at Brands Hatch with the 1199 Panigale) will be riding the Ducati 1198R under the Red Devils Roma banner.
