We’ve seen the pics and the videos of the new Ninja, but today the press at Nurburgring, ahead of this weekend’s German WSBK round, got the first real close-up look of the 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R race bike.
The 2011 Ninja, however will be officially presented at the Intermot show in Cologne, starting the 6th of October and then we’ll receive all the technical specs of the machine, because at the moment we can see that it has a LeoVince exhaust, Brembo brakes and Showa suspensions.
The bike has already gone through testing in Japan (at the Autopolis, Suzuka and Okayama circuits) and last week Supersport rider Katsuaki Fujiwara and WSBK rider Tom Sykes tested the bike at the Almeria race track in Spain, while Chris Vermeulen and Joan Lascorz are both recovering from their injuries.
The ZX10-R 2011 will also be testing with the rest of the field after the last round of the season at Magny Cours.
