Construction is currently in progress for a new bowling alley in Inverness, promising to deliver a unique experience reminiscent of modern Los Angeles. The Hollywood Bowl, a well-known name with over 70 bowling and mini-golf centers across the UK, is set to establish a vibrant entertainment venue at Eastfield Way Shopping Park.
This new bowling alley will be strategically located next to an inflatable activity center operated by Innoflate, occupying the space previously held by Everlast Gym and Sports Direct.
The venue is anticipated to open its doors in March 2025, featuring 22 ten-pin bowling lanes, including four exclusive VIP lanes designed for a premium experience.
In addition to bowling, the Hollywood Bowl will include an American-style bar and diner, offering a diverse menu that features hot dogs, burgers, milkshakes, and signature cocktails. This combination of dining and entertainment aims to create a lively atmosphere for families and friends to enjoy together.
The entertainment center will also boast an amusement area filled with popular games, including Mario Kart, air hockey, and various racing games, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Furthermore, this venture is expected to generate approximately 30 new jobs, providing successful applicants with access to training and development programs, enhancing their career prospects.
Regional manager Steven Bremner expressed optimism about the new facility, stating that it will offer affordable family fun to the residents of Inverness. He emphasized the commitment of Hollywood Bowl to deliver memorable experiences for people of all ages and abilities. As the construction progresses, the community eagerly anticipates the opening of this state-of-the-art bowling facility, which promises to redefine entertainment in the area.
