Police in Inverness are actively seeking the public’s assistance in identifying three men linked to a recent break-in incident in the Croy area. The incident occurred on August 3, between PM and PM, and while nothing was stolen from the property near the B9091, authorities are determined to track down those responsible.

Detectives have been investigating the case for several months and have revealed that five men were spotted in the vicinity during the time of the break-in. Now, four months later, they are appealing for information specifically about three of these individuals.

CCTV images and detailed descriptions of the suspects have been released to the public in hopes of generating leads.

Details of the suspects

Detective Constable Dugdale from the Inverness Police Office has made a public appeal, stating, “I would urge the men pictured or anyone who may recognize them to contact us. If you have any information about this incident, please get in touch as soon as possible.”

The first suspect is described as a man aged between 30 and 40 years, of medium build, with short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded top featuring a black Under Armour logo, dark grey shorts, and trainers.

The second man, believed to be around 30 years old and also of medium build, was spotted wearing a black baseball cap with a white logo, a black sweatshirt, a crossbody bag, jeans, and trainers.

The third individual is described as being between 20 and 30 years old, with short brown hair and a medium build. He was last seen in a black tracksuit top and shorts adorned with dark stripes, black trainers, and sunglasses, also carrying a crossbody bag.

Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen these individuals or has information regarding their whereabouts to come forward. Individuals can contact the police directly at 101, quoting incident number 1378. Alternatively, tips can be provided anonymously through Crimestoppers at 0800 555 111.

The police are emphasizing the importance of community involvement in solving this case. Every piece of information, no matter how small, could be crucial in bringing the suspects to justice and ensuring the safety of the community.
