Authorities are increasingly alarmed about the disappearance of Kristopher Ewing, a 29-year-old man from Dumbarton, who was last seen leaving the town of Oban. The last confirmed sighting occurred around AM on Saturday, December 14, 2024, as he was traveling northbound on the A85, departing from the Oban town center.

Description of Kristopher Ewing

Kristopher is described as being approximately 6 feet tall with a slim build. He has short dark hair, a short dark beard, and wears glasses. Notably, he has tattoos of a dragon and flowers on his left arm, which may help in identifying him.

At the time of his disappearance, he was dressed in black jogging bottoms, a black top, and black Nike mesh trainers.

Vehicle and travel connections

Kristopher has access to a blue Vauxhall Corsa with the registration number CK56NNY. He is known to have connections to both Dumbarton and Alexandria, but he is also recognized for traveling further north. This raises concerns about his current whereabouts and safety.

Police appeal for information

Inspector Mooney has expressed deep concern for Kristopher’s welfare, stating, “Concerns are now growing for Kristopher’s welfare and it is important that we make sure he is safe and well.” The police are actively seeking assistance from the public, urging anyone who may have seen Kristopher, his vehicle, or has any information regarding his potential location to come forward.

In addition, the police have made a direct appeal to Kristopher himself, encouraging him to reach out and confirm his safety. Anyone with information is asked to contact Police Scotland by calling 101 and quoting reference number 1266 of 14 December, 2024.
