In the early hours of Saturday, December 28, a bin fire in Elgin has been confirmed by police as a deliberate act. The incident occurred around AM on Waulkmill Road, close to several local businesses. Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, extinguishing the flames without any reported injuries.
