Rory reflects, “When we first did the event, we saw a queue of 15 people and we just panicked. Now we know to just take it one pizza at a time and stay calm.” This experience has not only marked their progress but has also strengthened their resolve to succeed.

At Pizza Box, the brothers have honed their craft, creating a diverse menu that includes innovative options like fajita pizza and Pad Thai pizza. Rory manages the front of the truck, taking orders and preparing the dough, while Craig oversees the fire, ensuring each pizza is cooked to perfection. Their teamwork is essential, as they navigate the challenges of running a food truck while maintaining a close sibling bond.
