Owned by Artfarm, a hospitality and development firm led by Manuela and Iwan Wirth, the original Fish Shop has garnered numerous accolades since its inception two years ago. With a focus on shellfish and day boat fish, complemented by select game, meat, and vegetables sourced from local farms, the restaurant was awarded the Bib Gourmand by Michelin in February. Additionally, it was recognized as one of the best restaurants in the world by Conde Nast Traveller in April of last year.
