Children in Need Website
Donations can be made by clicking on the dedicated website Donate.bt.com. Here users can input the sum of money they wish to donate. Payment is made by debit or credit card.
Paypal
The popular online payments website, Paypal, can also be used. Clicking on the Paypal icon on the Children in Need website takes users straight to their Paypal account, from which where they can transfer any sum of money, above £1, into the Children in Need account.
By Phone or Post
By phone
Individuals with credit or debit cards can dial 0345 7 33 22 33 and pledge any amount of money over £1.
By Post
Children in need accept donations paid by cheque through the post. They request that you do not send actual cash this way. Cheques should be made payable to BBC Children in Need Appeal, and should be addressed to:

BBC Red Button
During the broadcasting of the main Children In Need event, on the BBC, viewers who press the Red Button on the television remote will be able to make donations and pay by credit or debit card payment.
This service is only available to digital satellite viewers whose television set-top box is connected to an active phone line. There is no phone line charge for making a donation in this way.
On the high street
At the bank
All major UK high street banks accept donations for Children in Need, even several months after the Appeal has ended. HSBC accepts payments made to the appeal all year round, and HSBC customers can also make a donation through the bank’s ATM machines.
Paypoint Stores
Stores that offer the "Paypoint" facility (often used for paying bills etc) will also accept donations to Children in Need. Simply ask a member of staff in the shop to help you with this.
