What kind of classes are there?
Overview
There are many different types of photography related classes that you can utilise.
Everything may revolve around photo courses, but there are many different aspects that can affect your learning.
For instance, acting classes may have a sub-course that combines a photography related theme to the acting course such as how to act in front of a camera or basic actor training that allows you to learn about photography in general and how it relates to film college.

A film academy will cover all of the basics.
From acting to directing and print; there can be a film course that actually has to do with photography; not just movie cameras.
Remember, movies need advertisement and you can’t have print advertisement without a camera and photographer.
How do I find out more?
Additional information
If you’re really interested in taking filmmaking courses that combine photography, you may want to consider a media school type of environment.

These schools will typically have the most camera courses where you can learn more.
While school training is excellent for anyone looking at photography careers, nothing helps as much as taking your own digital pictures and learning about your subjects, likes and preferences.
A media academy will just allow you to further enhance your portfolio and learn many of the basics that you’ll need to be a success.

Final word
The best thing to do is contact the school you wish to attend and find out what type of school courses are available.
You’ll need to know the cost of tuition or the cost of each class and how long it will take you to finish each class.
You can sometimes even find free classes online, where you can learn the latest tips on photography and editing.

No matter what you decide to do, make sure you enjoy what you’re doing and the rest will fall into place.
