Ted Hastings Die in Line of Duty Season 6

Line of Duty fans took those lines as a sign of Ted’s death then shared the theories on Twitter.

Line of Duty only has one episode left and it looked like it was not that good for AC-12. The story told that the anti-corruption teams are near to reveal the true identity of H. H is a senior figure who becomes a leader of the bent coppers’ network.

It let the OCG slip with their shadowy deeds.

Next, the team is too fast to find H. At that time, both of the characters, Steve Arnott (Martin Compston) was receiving yellow notice for attending a doctor’s appointment and made him at risk, and Ted Hastings (Adrian Dunbar) facing early retirement.

Forced, of course.

Some fans worried the next episode would get worse. Yet, fans made the theory that Ted might be hiding more stories about his early exit from the police. He was also guilty of some disrespectful action even though he claimed that he always follows the procedure based on the law. It happened after one of his particular lines in the Sunday episode.

Ted became irritated after having an intense interview with Joanne Davidson (Kelly MacDonald). The interview produced little more than just a series of no comment answers. Ted punished Patricia Carmichael (Anna Maxwell-Martin), a new supervisor, because of not allowing him to ask more questions about H identity.

Then he met Steve when he was about to leave the office. He said that sometimes we don’t lose but just run out of time.

Line of Duty fans took those lines as a sign of Ted’s death then shared the theories on Twitter.

One fan said that if Ted Hasting dies, he/she requires a week of grieving and a state funeral, while another begged not to let Ted die or even leave the force on the next episode. Another fan showed his/her worry whether Ted is sick and had a feeling that he will die soon.

Ted has huge popularity amongst Line of Duty fans because of his unique phrase. The finale trailer shows AC-12 included in a shoot out as the net begins to close in on H. Line of Duty will end its show on Sunday at 9 pm on BBC One.
