Choose your moments
The funniest people are not constantly trying to be funny. If you are always putting on a show and injecting jokes and pranks into the classroom, not only will you get in trouble, you will also bore your classmates with your behaviour.
The funniest people are those who can find the perfect time to play a practical joke, or say something witty during class.
Be well-liked by your teacher
When you are not joking around, make an effort to be an outstanding student and helpful to your teacher.
If your teacher sees that you are serious about school, but just enjoy a good joke, they will be less likely to want to punish you for your funny behaviours. When you play pranks, try to keep them light-hearted and not hurt anyone in the process. This will also make it easier for your teacher to ignore your behaviours than if you are being mean or hurtful. Teachers who are especially strict or hard to get along with may not allow you to get away with many of your best pranks in their classroom.
Involve other students
If you are the only one causing a disruption in the classroom, it will be easy for your teacher to single you out for punishment. Choose hilarious pranks and your classmates will want to be involved too. This is especially pertinent if you plan to play pranks on teachers. The more students that you get involved, the harder it is for your teacher to target someone to punish.
Be truly funny
Many people who try to be a practical joker in the classroom fail because the jokes they play are simply not funny. Take time to research the perfect pranks and best jokes and learn how to prank. There is no need to risk getting in trouble if your jokes are just going to annoy your classmates. Also, if the teacher finds you funny they will have a harder time punishing you than if they find your pranks annoying.
