Italian Easter recipes: squaglio from Rome

Today we have a rather delicious recipe for your Easter breakfast; in Rome they call it Squaglio or squajo and you can prepare it just in a couple of minutes.
All you have to do is pour hot water over the cocoa powder (5 gram for each cup), stir until smooth and then add sugar; if you want to add extra flavour you can use milk instead of water and garnish your squaglio with whipped cream! It’s absolutely divine!
