This easy pasta salad is a perfect light meal for summer.
All you need is 200 grams of pasta (you can even pick your favourite), 100 grams of tuna, two boiled eggs, fresh parsley, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt and olive oil.
Cook the pasta as per normal, and in the meantime wash and cut the parsley.
The tuna can be either left in large chunks or broken up, whichever you prefer.
Cut the boiled eggs to decorate and add some extra taste.
When the pasta is cooked, mix through the mayonnaise, add the salt, tuna and parsley.
The dish needs to be left to cool before eating, preferably in the fridge.
