If your are looking for a quick and easy recipe for pizza, you have come to the right place!Here are the ingredients: Manitoba flour; 25 g yeast; 350 ml hand-hot water; 1 teaspoon sugar; ricotta; mozzarella cubes; spinach; oil; salt and pepper.
Directions: mix the yeast and sugar, pour in the hand-hot water and then sift the flour.
Now mix to a dough and then work into a ball (use your hands).
At this point leave to rest in a warm place for an hour or so.
When the dough has doubled in bulk, cut into two rounds and start to roll them out.
Top the two pizzas with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cubes and spinach.
Add oil and bake at 180 c for 40 minutes.
