If you have a passion for vintage cars and seascapes, you can’t afford to miss the upcoming Rally Storico which will take place in the lovely town of Sanremo on the Italian Riviera from 25 to 27 March; thousands of visitors from all around the world are expected to arrive on the Rivera and enjoy a spectacular programme which includes a series of amazing vintage car races (among which the Coppa dei Fiori or Cup of the flowers race).
Going back to the famous Rally Storico, I don’t know if you know this, but the first edition took place in 1920s and its fame has never abated since then! The cars – all built between 1919 and 1981 – will speed down the twisty roads of the Liguria region for a total of 380 km.
As to the coppa dei Fiori, things will be a little different and drivers, though racing down the same roads, won’t need to be too hard on their cars!
