Ingredients: 250 g agnolini; 1/2 kg Swiss chard; 1 onion; 30 g butter; 1 cup of stock; four tablespoons Parmesan cheese; Swiss chard; chives; salt and pepperDirections: wash and chop the Swiss chard, add the chopped onion and put them in a pan with a little butter.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Next pour the stock and bring it to boil.
Throw in the agnolini and chives and cook for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve very hot! Bon Appetit!
