Barack Obama and the ring: Italian jewellery design in the White House?

Italian jewellery design is beautiful, unique and expensive, especially if you’re talking about a Giovanni Bosco designed ring worth 24,000 euros.
Although it has been officially denied, Barack Obama has thought of this Italian ring as a gift to his wife Michelle, for all her work in supporting him during the presidential campaign, and all the work that is yet to come.

It appears that Michelle is an intelligent woman, prepared to step into the background for the success of her husband.

And in recognising this, Barack Obama would splurge out on an expensive Italian ring to show his gratitude.
The ring is called “Harmony” and is made from Rhodium (the only metal more precious than gold, silver or platinium) with encrusted diamonds.
While Obama has denied the claim, a spokesperson for jewellery designer Giovanni Bosco has confirmed that a quote was requested.
