Celebrating Corpus Christi in Italy has been marked with the Infiorata festival in Genzano, Rome.
The festival has been part of Rome’s city life for 231 years, starting with the preparation of the flowers on Friday, and then continuing through the weekend with festivities, markets and exhibitions in which flower designs using petals, are created.
