Milan: waiting for the first Moschino Hotel

The building in the picture is Milan´s first railway station.
It was built in 1840 and the original trains in service only conveyed passengers from Milan to Monza and vice versa.
On Sundays people would board the train, enjoy the journey and later spent a few hours enjoying the pleasures of a simpler life.

Interestingly we have just heard from TTG that the former station will soon be turned into a hotel and will become the first hotel owned by the Moschino Brand, comprising: 54rooms and 14 suites, all looking out onto a beautiful garden.
