I have just come across an interesting ravioli recipe; it’s easy to prepare and above all perfect if you are in a hurry and with unexpected guests knocking on your door! Ingredients: 450 g ravioli; 200 g tuna; anchovies; 1 cup tomato sauce; 1 garlic clove; chopped parsley; salviaCook the ravioli in slightly salted water, chop the tuna and then fry it in a pan with oil, butter and garlic.
Next add anchovies, salvia and tomato sauce.
Stir for a while and then throw in the ravioli.
Keep stirring and add the chopped parsley.
I f you wish, you can also add chopped green olives.
