Walking the roof of Milan’s duomo is famous, but doing so on the galleria gives you a new perspective altogether of the Duomo (looking like a scale model), and the impressive architecture and iron structure that is the gallery itself.

The building was designed by Italian architect Giuseppe Mengoni and was built in 1865.
